The Automated Technology Group’s Slovakian subsidiary has moved into brand-new premises in Nitra, in the western part of the country. Previously located in serviced offices in central Bratislava, the new facility gives the space required for ATG Slovakia’s ambitious growth plans.
“There are fantastic opportunities for us to support both existing and future clients,” said Darren Ashford (pictured), Managing Director of ATG Slovakia. “A large number of global high-tech and automotive companies have operations in Slovakia now, so there are huge numbers of automation projects that we can add value to.”
ATG Slovakia’s team is currently focused on the recent order received from PSA Group, Europe’s number two automotive manufacturer and owner of the Peugeot and Citroën brands. The order is for robot-programming services for a number of manufacturing line upgrades at the company’s Trnava plant, which will take place during the August 2017 summer closure.
